Transition

The new workflow is going live on September 1 2021.

Patients who already have a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Bolognese have two options:

  1. Keep the formerly scheduled telemedicine appointment, on the same date (the last appointments are scheduled in December)
  2. Or convert the appointment to a SECOND OPINION routine with Dr. Bolognese, as Group 1

In the second instance, these SECOND OPINION patients will be processed before anybody else on the SECOND OPINION list, resulting in an early scheduling of their Invasive Testing, and thus accelerating the process eventually leading to surgery (if/when applicable).

Patients who have submitted their clinical information to Dr. Bolognese’s office prior to August 21 2021, but have not yet received a telemedicine appointment with Dr. Bolognese have two options:

  1. Go through the new Workflow pathway (Screening > Appointment with Dr. Ruhoy > SECOND OPINION with Dr. Bolognese)
  2. Proceed directly to a SECOND OPINION routine with Dr. Bolognese, as Group 2

Any patient reaching the SECOND OPINION stage with Dr. Bolognese after passing through the new Workflow will be processed as part of Group 3.

For understandable reasons, verified emergencies will have priority over anybody else.
