My career started at NYU School of Medicine in 1998, where I became a Research Assistant Professor and then moved to Mount Sinai Hospital for the position of Assistant Director of IONM division and Assistant Professor in Neurosurgery Department. In 2009, I was invited to start an in-house IOM program at NSPC and, finally, I passed DABNM board certification.

During my career development I also applied a significant effort to the neuroscience research and published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, (PNAS), and The Journal of Neuroscience.
